Return Policy

At Parker & Grant, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging are intact

  • You have contacted us first and included the Return Form we provide

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are worn, used, washed, damaged, or missing tags

  • Final sale / clearance items (unless the item is faulty, not as described, or required by applicable consumer law)

  • Holiday promotional items (unless stated otherwise)


Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you received the wrong item or your product is faulty, email us at info@parkerandgrant.com and include a clear photo of the issue.

We’ll send a replacement at no cost, and in most cases, you won’t need to return the item.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

1) Request a Return Form

Email info@parkerandgrant.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange

We’ll reply with a Return Form and step-by-step instructions.

2) Prepare Your Package

  • Pack the item(s) carefully to prevent damage in transit

  • Clearly mark the package as “Returns”

  • Use a tracked and insured shipping method

  • Email us your tracking number once shipped

3) Send Your Return

  • Returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery

  • Returns must be sent to our return address in China, provided on the Return Form

  • Do not send returns to the sender’s address—those returns will not be processed

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility


Return Conditions & Processing

  • Only returns with an approved Return Form will be processed

  • Items must arrive in original, undamaged condition

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
