30 Day Return Period

You may return items within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be included
  • Any accessories included with the item must also be returned
  • Our customer support team is available to guide you through the return process if needed.

Return Costs

Defective / wrong / damaged items

  • If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not the item you ordered:
    • We will cover the cost of return shipping
    • We will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and your preference
  • The currency that applies to this policy is GBP.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Change of mind / doesn’t fit / not your style

  • If you would like to return an item because it is not suitable for you, for example due to size, style, colour, or personal preference:
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs
    • Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable

How to Return an Item

    2. Prepare your parcel

      • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and any documents that came with it.

    3. Send it back

      • Follow the instructions you receive in your return authorisation email.

      • Drop the parcel off with the specified shipping carrier.

    Refunds

    • Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
    • After the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Refunds usually appear within 7 days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Exchanges

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us first.
    • We will confirm availability and explain the next steps for arranging an exchange.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. This may include items such as underwear, swimwear, or selected accessories, depending on local regulations and hygiene requirements.

    Any non-returnable items will be clearly stated in the product description on our website.
